

Scholarship
The Greensboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is committed to helping African-American high school seniors maintain academic excellence. This includes ensuring that students have access to the financial resources needed to pursue a college degree. The Greensboro Alumnae Chapter Scholarship Program offers three annual scholarship awards, each in the amount of $1,000. Scholarship applications are generally available during the fall of each year and until the award period ends!
Scholarships are available to students attending a public, private, or parochial high school within the service areas of the Greensboro Alumnae Chapter: Greensboro/Guilford County, Jamestown, Oak Ridge, Climax, Summerfield, McLeansville, Pleasant Garden, Sedalia, Gibsonville, Whitsett and Browns Summit. To be eligible to receive an award, recipients must have a grade point average of at least 2.0 (based on a 4.0 scale) and enroll in a full-time program at an accredited college, university, or an institution of equivalent accreditation during the upcoming academic year. Verification of enrollment must be provided on college letterhead.
