Greensboro Alumnae Chapter 2026 Scholarship Opportunities

The Greensboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated™ annually awards scholarships to African American high school seniors who plan to enroll in an accredited institution of higher education.

Eligible applicants must be currently enrolled in a public, private, or parochial high school within the Greensboro/Guilford County service areas, including Jamestown, Oak Ridge, Climax, Summerfield, McLeansville, Pleasant Garden, Sedalia, Gibsonville, Whitsett, and Brown Summit.

All scholarships are awarded in amounts of at least $1,000. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and must enroll as a full-time student at an accredited college, university, or institution of equivalent accreditation during the 2026–27 academic year.

In addition, two scholarships will be awarded to full-time undergraduate or graduate collegiate members of Delta Sigma Theta who are enrolled at a college or university located within Guilford County.

All applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on March 27, 2026, using the application link provided below. Hard copy applications and letters of recommendation will not be accepted.

Following the review of all submitted applications, the Scholarship Committee will select applicants to participate in an interview process. Due to the anticipated high volume of applications, not all applicants will be selected for an interview. Interviews for selected candidates will be conducted in April 2026.

All scholarship recipients will be notified of award decisions in May 2026.
